Virtual Health Coaching

I work with people who are done with dieting AND want to move away from diet culture AND are still interested in health. It can be confusing to figure out the transition from diet culture to self-care. I am eating disorder-informed and strive to help you create a healthy relationship with food and your body. We can work together on mindset shifts and new skill sets to add healthy habits.

My goal is to help you be a problem-solver and navigate health in a busy world. I work one-on-one for a direct, personalized approach to create solutions you can implement in real time. I add accountability and course correction to keep you moving forward with your goals.
